The townhouses and condos of Gulf Highlands are centrally located (near Edgewater Beach Resort). The units are across the street from the
beach...BUT..our private beach, beach front pool and club house offers a
wonderful beach experience. Nestled around our townhouses and condos are 10 pools (5 heated in winter), putt-putt golf, tennis, and shuffleboard. Within this gated resort you can enjoy walking, biking, and roller skating. All units offer fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers and cable.
Townhouses are 2 or 3 bedrooms and are staggered through the complex.
2 bedroom R (regular) units have 1.5 baths. 2 bedroom L (large) units have 2.5 baths.
2 bedroom SK (St. Katherine Blvd) have 2.5 baths.
2 bedroom GI (Grand Island Blvd) have 2.5 baths.
3 bedroom (Grand Island Blvd) has 3 baths, (White Sandy Dr) has 2.5
baths.

Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of beds in a unit.
7 night minimum required on 3 bedroom units, Grand Island and St. Katherine units. (Saturday to Saturday)
for Spring Break and Summer.
3 night minimum on all other units. Except Spring Break and 4th of July all units require 7 night stays. (Saturday to Saturday).
Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend all units have a 3 night minimum.

Please Note, we do
not rent to singles under 25 unless accompanied by parents.
